Ballyhoura Apple Farm at Clashganniv, Churchtown. In Spring 2006 we planted 1,000 apple
trees at Clashganniv and a further 1,000 were planted in Spring
2007. We are planting a further 3,000 in spring 2008 (and we started
putting in the stakes in December brrrr!). The crop from the first
1,000 trees was pressed into apple juice in September 2007 and is
marketed as Ballyhoura Pure Irish Apple Juice. Below you will see
some pictures taken by photographer Dominic Lee on 7th August 2007
at the Apple Farm and also the apple juice label designed by Martin
